Leonna Weiss, Broker/Owner of Weiss Choice Realty since she started her real estate careers in 2015, has sold a career volume of $67.7mm in 5 years by helping over 230 buyers/sellers with their real estate needs. She has done all of this on her own with the exception of her trusted executive assistant. Leonna has achieved a plethora of awards as a Realtor including being the #1 agent in the Carolina Region for volume in 2019. Leonna has repeatedly ranked in the top 10 individual agents in NC/SC Region, been published in Triangle Real Producers Magazine, ranked in the Triangle Business Journal for Top 25 Producing Individual agents, and has earned various awards within her brokering firm. 

Leonna is on a mission to dominate her market by being a relationship connector within the community.  She is working on doing this by networking within her community in a social video series called Get To Know 27540-Holly Springs. Being the "go to" before, during and after the closing is important to Leonna in sustaining her relationships with her clients as well as building up her own brand.

Outside of real estate, you can catch her working out at 5 am (it's the only time I can fit it in) or spending time with her 4 kids. I try to make sure I'm available to drop off/pick up from school and attend as many of their sports/school events as possible. "I'm working on creating a 'net life' and not just focusing on the next closing. It's important not to lose sight of what's really important."
