Nicole is a successful Realtor with over five years’ experience, receiving a Rookie of the Year award her first year in business and has had six figure revenues each year.  She also served on her brokerage’s leadership counsel and received multiple sales volume awards.  Nicole’s business model includes Open Houses, Door Knocking, Geographical Farming, Allied Resources and Luxury clients. Nicole is happily married to her husband of 18+ plus years and raises their fourteen-year-old son.  She is a dedicated Seattle Sounders fan traveling over 350 miles for every home game. Nicole’s emphasis is now coaching realtors to be their best personally and professionally, living a life making six figures and still making their child’s soccer game!
